Terms of Service

1. Scope and operator

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of KAJING! (“Service”), a real-time growth dashboard for Freemius-based products, including the website and related APIs. The Service is operated by 100plugins, Daniel Schönherr, Kolonnenstraße 8, 10827 Berlin, Germany (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Account and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or for other legitimate reasons.

3. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to violate any laws, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our or third-party systems or data. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Freemius credentials and connection to the Service complies with Freemius’ terms and applicable agreements.

4. Beta and availability

The Service may be offered as a beta product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unavailability or changes to the Service.

5. Intellectual property

We own or license the rights in the Service (including software, design, and branding). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own use in accordance with these Terms. You do not acquire any ownership or rights in the Service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if no payment, to zero). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for operational or legal reasons. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including limitations of liability and governing law) will continue to apply.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. The courts of Berlin, Germany, shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

9. Changes and contact
